Blinko Copilot is the AI assistant built into the Blinko Local app and web portal — and unlike a generic chatbot, it's grounded in your business. It knows your active campaigns and automations, your customer activity, your redemptions and payments, and your analytics. Ask it a question and it answers from your actual numbers, not generalities.
What owners use it for:
- checkUnderstand your business — "How did this week go?" "Why did redemptions dip?" — answered from your real data
- checkDecide what to run next — it recommends campaigns and automations that fit your situation, and explains why
- checkSet things up without the busywork — pick a campaign on the Engage tab and Copilot configures it for you; you review, edit, and activate

One distinction worth knowing: this Copilot works for you. There's a second one that works for your customers — when someone scans your QR code, an AI Copilot representing your business is placed in their Blinko Spots app, answering their questions about your offerings 24/7 (see "QR code promotion best practices").
