The Customers tab is your customer base, organized by recency — every follower under a privacy-safe @handle, with a detail view of their visits, redemptions, payments, and total spend, plus actions to reach them.

The Customers tab (in the Blinko Local mobile app and web portal) lists every active customer of your business, organized by recency: Active Today, Active This Week, and Active Earlier. Customers appear under an X-style @handle — you know them and can reach them, yet no personal information ever changed hands.

Tap any customer to open their detail view:

Since when they've been your customer, and their last activity

Their engagement history — visits, coupon redemptions, payments and other actions

How many times they've visited
check
How much they've spent with your business

The detail screen is also where you act: send the customer a DM, a special-treatment coupon or discount, or a payment request — right from their profile.

Growing the list happens here too: tap the + button to display your business QR code on screen — a customer scans it with their phone and follows you on the spot. It’s the same code the web portal’s "QR & Sticker" page offers as a printable sticker.
