Your five working surfaces in Blinko Local — Today, Engage, Scan, Customers, and Business — what each is for, and where to tap first on day one.

Blinko Local is the app you run your business from — available on the App Store and Google Play, with a companion web portal at local.blinko.ai. Everything you do lives on five surfaces:
- checkToday — your real-time pulse: today's check-ins, redemptions, and active customers, the live action thread with 7-day trends, purchase verification, and AI insights (see "Blinko Local app: the Today tab")
- checkEngage — the four ways you reach customers: automations, campaigns, broadcasts, and in-person offers, all activated from [+] (see "Blinko Local app: the Engage tab")
- checkScan — the button for redeeming customers' coupons; each scan validates the offer is genuinely yours and records the redemption (see "Blinko Local app: the Scan button")
- checkCustomers — your whole customer base by recency, each with visit, redemption, payment, and spend history, and actions to reach them (see "Blinko Local app: the Customers tab")
- checkBusiness — your live location, in-person appointment and payment engagements, your customer-facing profile, and app settings (see "Blinko Local app: the Business tab")
Day one, in order: set up your profile on the Business tab (photos, offerings, contact info — it's what customers see); get your QR code displayed where customers can scan it (see "QR code display best practices"); and activate a welcome campaign from the Engage tab so every new follower gets a warm start (see "Build a delightful welcome experience for new followers").
Woven through all five surfaces is Blinko Copilot — the AI assistant that knows your business, recommends and configures campaigns, and posts insights on your Today tab (see "Blinko Copilot: your AI marketing assistant").
