My QR sticker isn’t scanningexpand_more
Re-download the sticker file from your dashboard and reprint at 100% scale — scaled-down prints and glossy lamination are the usual culprits. Place it flat, well lit, and at least 2×2 inches. If a phone camera still doesn’t pick it up, regenerate the code from QR & Sticker and print fresh.
A customer scanned but didn’t get the welcome offerexpand_more
Check that the welcome offer campaign is Active (not Draft) in your campaigns list. Offers only fire for first-time joins — a customer who already joined earlier won’t re-trigger it. Their current status is visible on the customer’s record.
A payment shows as sent but hasn’t arrivedexpand_more
Payments settle through your connected Stripe or Square account — check the payout schedule there first (most processors batch payouts daily). Blinko marks the request paid the moment the processor confirms the charge.
My broadcast didn’t reach a customerexpand_more
Broadcasts deliver to customers in your base who follow your business. If a specific customer missed one, open their record and confirm they’re connected — a customer who unfollowed or never completed the scan won’t receive broadcasts.
I can’t log in to the dashboardexpand_more
Use the same sign-in method you registered with (Google or email). If you signed up with the wrong account, sign out from the onboarding screen and start again. Password resets are on the login page.
