A Trip strings Spots into stops you move through in your own order. How to build one, what Start actually does on the day, and what Blinko deliberately leaves to your maps app.

Open a Spot, use the ⋯ menu and choose Add to Trip — or build the Trip first and use Add Stops. Either way, a Trip is a list of stops you arrange yourself, with a map showing where they sit relative to one another.
The order is yours. Blinko does not reorder your stops, and the line between pins on the map is a straight line, not a road route. Put them in the order you actually intend to walk or drive.
On the day, tap Start. The Trip moves one stop at a time — "Stop 1 of 5" — and you mark each one Visited or Skip as you go. That is the whole mechanic, and it is the useful part: it holds your place in the day so you are not re-reading a list between courses.
When the day is done, keep the Trip as a Memory. The stops, the photos, the notes and the date stay together on your profile, with the people and the places still attached.
